All our tents come equipped with a stove jack, allowing you to safely vent the stovepipe and enjoy cozy, warm camping even in low temperatures.

How long is the lifespan of an inflatable tent?

We understand that an inflatable tent is a considerable investment. With proper care and normal use, you can expect a lifespan of 10 years.

How is the waterproof performance of the inflatable tent?

Our inflatable tents are crafted with premium waterproof materials to deliver exceptional protection against rain and moisture. The seams are fully sealed, and the fabric features a durable water-resistant (DWR) coating, ensuring reliable waterproof performance even in heavy rainfall. Additionally, every tent you purchase comes with an extra rainfly for added protection, giving you peace of mind in any weather conditions. Whether it’s a light drizzle or a heavy storm, our tents are designed to keep you dry and comfortable.

Can I pre-order Coody products that are not listed on the website?

Is it difficult to pack up the tent?

Not at all! Packing up an inflatable tent is quick and hassle-free. To pack up, simply remove the air valve or use a pump with a deflate function to quickly and effortlessly deflate the tent, fold it neatly, and store it in its carry bag. The entire process is designed to be straightforward and efficient, making it easy for campers of all experience levels.

How long does it take to set up an inflatable tent?

An inflatable tent doesn’t require traditional setup. With an electric pump, you can simply inflate it with the push of a button. A 2-4 person tent typically takes around 5 minutes to set up, while a 6-8 person tent usually takes 8-10 minutes to be ready. It’s simple, convenient, and beginner-friendly!

Why are your tents so expensive?

We provide high-quality, all-season inflatable tents equipped with stove jacks, allowing campers to safely use wood stoves indoors. Designed for durability and strength, our tents offer dependable shelter, ensuring protection against extreme conditions—whether it’s freezing cold, summer heat, heavy rain, or snowfall.

How long does it take to ship a tent to the Canada and US?

Canada: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for in-stock tents to destinations within eastern provinces and up to 12 business days for west coast. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

United States: For US customers, please allow 4-12 business days for your all-season tent to arrive.

Do you ship tents to other countries?
